30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all packaging, seals, ribbons, and documentation intact. Due to the intimate and personal nature of fine fragrance, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, except in the case of defective or damaged items.

Eligible Return Conditions

• Item is unopened, unused, and in original factory-sealed packaging
• All original accessories, complimentary samples, and documentation are included
• Return is initiated within 30 days of confirmed delivery
• Product is not marked as a final sale item
• Product is not a personalised, engraved, or bespoke item
• Defective or damaged items are accepted in any condition within 14 days

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email info@etherealtideaura.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for return.
2. Our client services team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return label (EU customers).
3. Package the item securely in its original luxury packaging. Affix the provided return label and drop off at your nearest designated carrier location.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return (1–3 business days), we will confirm eligibility and initiate your refund or exchange.
5. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed and issued.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item at our atelier. All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect.

Exchange Policy

We are delighted to facilitate exchanges for unopened products within the 30-day return window, subject to product availability. If the desired exchange item is of greater value, the difference will be charged to your original payment method. If of lesser value, a Ethereal Tide Aura store credit will be issued for the balance. To initiate an exchange, follow the same return process and indicate your preferred exchange item in your initial email.

Gift Returns

Items received as gifts may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Without the original order confirmation, we are only able to offer store credit in the form of a Ethereal Tide Aura gift card, to the value of the original purchase price. Please contact us with as much information as possible — including the sender's name and approximate purchase date — to assist in processing your return.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable French Value Added Tax (TVA) at the standard rate of 20%. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Your order will be charged at the price displayed at the confirmed time of your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and bank transfer. In the event of a manifest pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and will notify you immediately with the option to proceed at the corrected price.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ethereal Tide Aura SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or purchase of our products.
